Anyone else having Free Company points trouble?

My FC has been having problems for at least a month now keeping our points up.

However, I do believe that Yoshi-P did state somewhere that they were going to fix this in 2.2 and allow points to be gained through endgame content. (Too lazy to find it.)

My FC is also facing this issue. We're typically about 10-15/47 active most of the time except the extreme off hours.

As soon as we hit rank 8 with the ability to use two second-tier bonuses at the same time we saw that our points were being spent far faster than they were coming in. We attempted to focus our efforts to make sure we didn't run out. For example, we had a ongoing party that we referred to as a 'crafting party' in which every single member who was crafting or gathering or doing something that could be solo'd while in a party would party up to earn points. We would also try to do every CT and primal and dungeon with as many FC members as possible, etc. Even with all that, the best we could manage was barely break even with almost all of our effort put towards it. In short, it was not anywhere close to being a stable solution. When the higher FC ranks came out we had almost 500,000 points saved up, but now we have 138,071. It won't be much longer until we're literally out.

I feel that the gains were balanced decently well, if slightly on the generous side, for the first 5 ranks we had. The addition of buying twice the bonuses at a higher cost per bonus wasn't mitigated by increasing point gains or giving additional ways to earn points, however.

I went on a crafting binged and HQ'd a whole stack of Buttons and a whole stack of Eggs. Seriously, it didn't increase much at all and that was a HUGE time investment haha. I'm glad to see we're not alone. I really hope they increase end-game gains.

If you craft while in a party with FC members, you'll get more points. I agree it's still not enough to keep up, though.

Oh really? I didn't know that. Maybe I can get a couple people and provide mats and all of us get raid food going or something haha. Still doesn't feel like it'd be enough though.

Does anyone have a link to where this has been discussed by a dev or anyone? Someone made mention but didn't know where he read it.

Holy crap that's bad. Even if we had everyone gathering HQ all day, we still wouldn't get enough. Also takes from enjoying the game just to get points for buffs hahaha. Hope they do something soon.

I was only one connected in my FC, crafting around lvl 40 mat (don't remember exactly) and I checked and got 12 points per HQ.
It is level dependent, I crafted something in the 20-30s and i got 9 points per HQ

Note that this is when solo. When more than 1 FC member is online, you get less points.
