Suggestion: Add Weathered Vendor

Hey, with the glamour system incoming, there's clothing items from 1.x that never made it back into 2.x. I speak of weathered clothing like what we got from the story quest. And there's a lot of them:

I especially would love the option to buy the Weathered Moccasins. Right now, only disciples of war can wear any form of moccasins. Those are some really great looking boots models that would be great to have even on a caster for glamour.

So my suggestion is, like the npc that sells the racial starting gear, why not add a vendor that sells old weathered gear. Even if said gear isn't dyable, what harm is there in adding them back in and having us spend a little gil in buying weathered gear?

That and the Dated gear would be nice to have a way to acquire. I tossed a lot of mine at the beginning of 2.0 to clear retainer space, and now there are a few pieces I wish I'd found a way to hold onto.

This brings back memories! Buying that gear would be nice and I wouldn't mind being able to craft it either.

I would LOVE to get my hands on some of the Dated Tabards. I love the looks of the tabard chest pieces, but I hate that the only ones available in the game right now all have long sleeves.

I want a cool adventuring t-shirt. =C

Seeing at the old character creator, i see now that we had idle animation there. Why wasn't it in the real game? At least we get it now with 2.2 ^^



I know they are bots, but they are good to show the weathered gear because they never changed the gear after character creation.

I finally vendored 2000 Light Kidney Ore from 1.0 today.. now in 2.2 I bet it's used for Kobold rep or something

They will probably reuse a lot of those before too long, no art assets go to waste!!
