The Challenge was there before you were in full ilvl 90. Now everything is just a farm fest till next patch
(Grats this happens in every MMO)

If you want a real challenge try doing Binding Coil of Bahamut in ilvl70.
Or queue for pvp as Rank 1 and grind to 30. (Try not throwing your keyboard at your screen.)
