I only really tried official RO. Tried a few private servers on it though. And it was pretty much like all Korean MMORPGs. A lot of solo grinding.

And I wouldn't base much of an opinion around of how RO was. I think RO pretty much made the F2P or pay 2 win category, since all those game seems to follow how RO was/is.

But I was commenting on this: "If the "old times" are the ones in which the only rewarded people were the nolifers that keeps logged 24/7"

And at least in those games I have played, it wasn't only the "nolifers" that got rewarded. It was just that they got rewarded a bit more. Time/effort payed off.
