I am a level 50 Warrior. I am currently looking for a Free Company that tailors to my needs as an MMO player.

Whilst my current guild is not a group of terrible people (fantastic in fact) their play style is not quite what I am looking for in a company.

I am a casual gamer with power gaming moments. I feel currently that I am stonewalled with regards to access to content.

I do not wish to form Party Finder groups or constantly DF my dungeon experiences, but at the current moment I am.

So what am I looking for?

A large guild of friendly players who understand both learning curves and humility in defeat while learning.

A very active guild with respects to in game events, groupings for various tasks and over all activity within game.

A scheduled rotation for dungeons that doesn't just fall onto a Monday (weekends are best for since I work during the week days)

A guild that understands that while I would be a committed tank I also have real life responsibilities of a wife, a job and sometimes work out of town.

A guild that also helps foster growth for new players and loyal members.

Members of the guild that don't mind farming dungeons (currently I can't stand something I want to do because I am forced to DF the runs)

Overall, I am not looking for a guild that treats the game as a whole as a job, a requirement to get to said point requires you to cap tomes every week etc etc, but I do want progress and a natural evolution of my character.

PS - I also want to enjoy those cut scenes in BC
