Not gonna happen, during Beta we were told to "deal with it" basically. It's part of the 'low collision' system they went with. When they removed a lot of collision during 1.0 > 1.23 the clipping started to get worse. This is the only MMO I seen with clipping as bad as it gets..even XI didn't have SEVERE clipping since everything scaled/deformed properly per race/gender, so when you did get clipping it wasn't too terrible.
