Experiencing major delays during dungeons, farming, etc... (frozen screen)

I've been getting this really strange delay when I'm in a dungeon and when I'm farming.

During dungeons everything is freezes for a few seconds, I can't see what my teammates are doing/or who needs heals. The delay last for a few seconds where the screen is frozen (none of the players/or monsters are moving). I don't know what's causing this delay but it's getting very hard for me to join dungeons....

Also happens when I'm farming, I can't see the monster's HP for a few secs (the screen freezes and a few seconds later I see the monster's HP and attacking me)

I'm playing the PS3 version and this has been going on since yesterday (before and after the maintenance). Can someone please tell how I could fix this? I don't think it's my internet connection, it says my connection is Excellent.

I have a similar problem with this. My character actions will not register on time it would delay for a few seconds or more while everyone else's actions connect on time.
This started after the maintenance it doesn't affect me if i'm in my fc house only if I'm fighting in open world and running dungeons.
