    All the more Region Leve V

    Sorry not sure where else to put this - I'm currently experiencing a dilemma.

    I have currently done 561 / 1,000 regional battlecraft leves but All the more Region Leve V and VI aren't given to me. Is this a bug or do I need to speak to an ingame npc to receive rewards?

    I spoke to Jonathas and nothing?

    If you haven't done a leve since they lowered the requirements, you won't have the achievements. I went a did a cooking leve earlier and got several in just this fashion.
    If you've already done a battle leve since the #'s changed, then yours is borked.
