Relic Quest for WHM

Recently Did 'Bowl of Embers' Hardmode for the 'Howling Gale' quest item and I got it and received completion on the quest but when I exited it was gone.

I opened up a ticket and the GM staff did nothing for me, so hopefully you guys will.
I could try doing Ifrit again but unfortunately it was not my fault that it became bugged so I expect you guys to fix it.

Not to mention, even if I did do a que again, it does not mean I would succeed, since people manage to make even the simplest of tasks very hard.

Go back to Vesper bay (the Walking Sands) and the next step in you quest will start there. Papalymo will give it.

I got the item in the dungeon hard-mode, right?
I completed the quest whilst there.
Upon leaving my progress was lost, no item, no nothing...Comprende'?

I would continue with quest except for the fact I didn't have the item when I left.
And these retarded gamemasters can't even fix a system problem or pull their head out of their asses long enough too.
I was happy until this happened and was told they can't fix this problem.
Customer service....dead to square enix team.

Howling Gale is from Garuda not Ifrit-
Just to make sure you did not commit that basic mistake?

if your doing HMs for the first time u have to keep hitting up vesper bay to cont with story

Obtain White-Hot Ember from Ifrit (Hard). You must complete this duty as the JOB you are getting the relic for.
Obtain Howling Gale from Garuda (Hard). You must complete this duty as the JOB you are getting the relic for.
Obtain Hyperfused Ore from Titan (Hard). You must complete this duty as the JOB you are getting the relic for.

if you have already done story thro primals u can just hit them b2b2b
