First OP, you need to head to this page: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...-%28General%29 and post your ideas in the form of a question like "Do you have any plans to add new end game content like ____________?"

Second if Yoshi-P is still following the 2.0 road map and I believe he is, new open end game content will come out in 2.3 and 2.4. They are progress in pace with the story and things are about to get interesting in the land of Eorzea.
