Having the possibility for the group leader to switch to a Need/Greed/Pass or similar system would be nice.

This along with a half a**ed LFP seek system. They say they want core fixes before they add content but we still don't have these among a ton of other stuff. If they expect us to run with LS's, can't they at least add more LS management and/or better ui?! With none of these fixes in, the game dungeons SHOULD NOT be added.I can't even begin to understand how a dungeon/raid system is being put into the game without some sort of lotting system. Holy freaking crap, you guys have no idea of the tidal wave of drama that is getting ready to slam into this game come 1.18.
I don't mean to sound rude or immature, this is down right idiotic and a massive fail. What the hell is going on over there?
Yes we need content but it's been nearly a year and we still don't have basics such as these... we don't even have a mail system in game still lmao and as was said not EVERY team can be or is working on battle readjustments. In the time it takes to add one dungeon (Even a copy paste one for mobs and tunnels which it prob will end up being... doubt even the nm's will be that different aside from size n colors) they could have spent and have done all these basic much needed mmo fixes... *sigh*
This thread needs more people complaining about how they would rather have a more organized means of distributing their epic lootz, over having actual enjoyable content to acquire said epic lootz.

The two should be hand-in-hand.
I can't believe that they were blinkered enough to implement the battle changes and dungeons etc to obtain new gear and "loot", without having a system to handle the distribution of loot to the people participating for it. Pretty important.... But, then so are many things such as Linkshell adminstration options to handle having "event" Linkshells running for content and we all know how high up on their priority list that is too ><
As has been stated... A good loot system goes hand in hand with "Enjoyable" dungeon content... If you don't know the reason well.... I got nothing for you lol Aside from telling you to see the shyt storm yourself with pugs, plus with dungeons being TIMED I'm sure there will be people who don't wanna waste time dilly dallying on such minute tasks such as stopping to talk about/do loot distribution rather than spending their limited time clearing the dungeon >.< (If It's really as hard as the dev team says anyways)
Pathetic..
If you and your friends can't Fairly trade off loot you are not friends..
Pick up groups.. Luck of the draw is fine by me.
Its already a fail, who in their right mind is going to pug/trust anyone in a dungeon/raid system with no lotting? Whats stopping someone who's party leader from lootwhoring the whole dungeon by distributing the loot to him/herself?
That isn't how looting works in this game.. At least know what your talking about..
Loot is distributed randomly among party members and each individual as the ability to move something from their own list to the list of anyone else in the party.
Facts People.. Use Facts..
Considering my main has all rank 50 if Items drop to me, what's to stop me from taking everything because I can use them all. This is exactly why there needs to be some form of management when it comes to loot.
If you don't know how loot works in 14 by now then I don't know what to tell you. It's completely random so someone can just take the item that drops to them even if they can't use it.
