    See Bayohne I know you are just the messenger but here is one thing I don't get from the Dev Team. Remember that post/letter a while back talking about how they have different teams for specific tasks. You can't tell me all the teams decided to work on the Battle System only. I don't believe that one bit and is very misleading. Why is there not multiple projects going on to make the fundamental aspects of the game important other than the battle system. It's so freaking frustrating having to wait 1 full year for this game to go anywhere.

    Having raid dungeons and a loot system to coincide with each other at launch is not important? since when? I mean are you kidding me. This is what annoys me about SE is their priorities are completely ass backwards.

    I can live without a mount system for the time being because we have a means of travel. But i'm pretty sure loot distribution management is important in a raid/dungeon.

    Just my 2 cents.. for what it's worth.

    who says your LS is always up for doing anything? alot of times my FFXI LS did extra things i had absolutely no interest in... which is where pick up groups come in.
    thank god SE is going to implement easier ways for P.U.G.s to happen for those being left alone by their LS

    And back in easter when me and other ppl was saying that developing a seasonal event was a waste of time they bashed on us...

    Oh and BTW I've got another question a bit OT: if what's considered a priority takes 7 months to be fixed, I'd like to know if we can see the rest fixed too before the apocalipse.

    I've been asking myself this many times. It's like the other teams are on vacation or working on other titles, while the battle team is working on the overhaul. At least that's what it feels like.

    There are multiple teams, but they're not likely divided into certain tasks. They're more likely divided into separate groups with different skills. Animation team, cutscene team, interface/UI team etc....

    So while each team has different capabilities, they can all be working on a single goal at a time. UI team could be having to deal with battle related issues, such as adding that cooldown onto the action bars and removing the stamina gauge.

    Also, the initial development period takes awhile. All this planning and preparation is leading to something. It is likely they are developing content for future updates along with current updates. Which leads to faster patches in the future, but also means we will have to wait a longer initial period for the first few updates.

    While for the most part I agree with you. A loot system is part of the battle system, so it is probably the battle team that handle it. The different teams are more general things like graphics/ui/battle/crafting/story/etc. There is only so much a single team can do at a time, and right now with all the changes they are working on the battle team seems pretty bottle-necked.

    Then add more resources to the team.. I've played since closed beta with many others and I'm almost at the point where I just don't care anymore. I've been so very patient and loyal to this game that with every month that goes by I get even more irritated. I want this game to have a great turn-a-round but I have my doubts. I've been extremely optimistic and defended this game (non fanboy) to no end but reality is starting to finally kick in.

    I only speak for myself here in that I will give this game till the end of the year and just cut my losses from the collectors edition.

    I can't even begin to understand how a dungeon/raid system is being put into the game without some sort of lotting system. Holy freaking crap, you guys have no idea of the tidal wave of drama that is getting ready to slam into this game come 1.18.

    I don't mean to sound rude or immature, this is down right idiotic and a massive fail. What the hell is going on over there?
