I don't want to be doing raid battles, have loot drop and only have the person who's loot pool it dropped into be able to see if it's worth a damn and then have to ask them to pass it to another member if need be.

I know my statement contradicts itself cause you are talking about party drops. However if you normally play in a party then you prob have a LS and you prob party with them in which case they would know what you want. The pick up group is the solo method of finding a party(in most cases).
