Changing servers

Hey guys, I wasn't sure where to post this, but I figured this would probably be the right place.

I only recently started playing this game (couple of weeks ago) and I really love it, made a character on Shiva. The downside to Shiva, however, is that it's apparently the unofficial German server (I read this somewhere anyways) and well, it's kinda inactive in general >.< Not that I have anything against Germans, I like Germans, but I prefer a server with a more active English community.

Since I only got 2 classes past 30 (Arcanist/Weaver), I'm not even sure if transferring is worth it (since it costs a bit) and I may as well just make a new char...

Anyways my questions are:
Do you think I should transfer?
Which server would you recommend me to transfer to? (I'm from Holland)

I'm on leviathan and its pretty much all english from what i've noticed... And the server never really dies

I would recommend strolling thru each of the individual forums for the servers. The amounts of guilds currently in progression, the amount of community activities, the amount of casual guilds and etc generally is enough information to help most people decide where to go based on their needs.

Things specifically like markets and etc will require a little more then browsing the server forums though.
