That's pretty amazing RNG for me to have beaten his Median on EVERY ability on multiple parses then, when the only thing I have more of is DET

Have you run multiple parses to compare it to though? I have found the RNG factor to be pretty heavy in this game. Take crit for example. I have parses occasionally come out in the tune of ~10 DPS higher just because of getting lucky crits over the same time frame (4-4:30). In my experience most games level out over a decent period of time, and don't have the level of fluctuations seen in this game.
