Weapon skill animation

I made a thread about weapon skills cancelling before.

Pc controller.

Explanation a bit better.

When Moving I am supposed to be able to use circle blade and animation would go through hitting the monsters but it doesn't instead.

I hold my R2 button I hit circle blade and there is pause animation cancel then no TP used, same with shield toss the animation goes but shield never reaches target and the TP is not used it took me 3 tries in CT to hit skeletons on bone dragon.

Gtx 650 card also, PC version.

Using controller. Lets just say I toss my shield at a enemy the shield flies to target but vanishes and no time is spent at all on re-cast of shield but the shield doesn't hit the target the animation is cancelled out and I have to hit the button a few more times.

its happen a few times even circle blade and my regular attacks, kinda frustrating when you are trying to follow a monster that's moving and your moves aren't working they cancel out few even said benediction didn't work for them and we all wiped.
