This is totally underwhelming BUT if you teleport and use a ticket and then your party members use your tele and all of theirs are free without expending a separate ticket for each then at least you could do 50 treasure hunts for 2kish gil cheaper.

Having just 50 consumables isn't really rewarding, I think a permanent teleport ticket but with cooldown of one or two hours instead would be a better way to do this I guess?

This item will somehow feel more valuable to me just sitting in my storage. I probly wont ever touch it. It will just be there only because it was the yearly award. Dissapointing.

They also mentioned a menu asking if you want to use the ticket or not.. does that mean im just going to be annoyed by another extra message popping up in my face while im only trying to teleport somewhere? Like those."you want to go there?" "You sure?" "Really?. Ok hit X" but hey, at least its something.

I am astounded at how many people are complaining and whining at the veteran rewards. Did you know, they don't have to even give you a reward. The game itself is a reward. You are complaining about free stuff. FREE stuff. I for one would like to say thanks. Not for the free stuff, (since most of it is stuff I personally don't care about) but that its on the table. That other people can in fact, enjoy it. Thanks for the minions. Thanks for taking time out of other projects to make just even one more player happy. For your dedication, now please go go back to whatever it was you were developing. (Gunblade? Yes, please)

Sorry we dont support minorities here that includes pet collectors mount collecters hardcore anything that at the very least 99% of the games playerbase wont use should be scrapped see thousands of other threads to see this is what most of the community agrees on.

In all seriousness...Like someone said before...you can't base all the complaints on the Forums "most of the community" Because when I'm in game, everyone's always like "Yay mounts" and "Yay free stuff" Then I come to the forums and it's a bunch of nay sayers and complainers.

And that's when it dawned, - there are three types of people on the forums:

The first type accounts for all the complainers, nay sayers, and trolls who just either like to start problems or complain because they want everything NOW or don't like the game, so they come here to tell everyone about it for some reason.The second type are people who love the game, and are here to check for any new Dev posts that might give them some information that isn't in the news portion of the main site or the Dev blog. Because they enjoy the game so much, they want every bit of information they can get. Unfortunately some of these people get tangled up in the hate posts and probably get forum suspensions if they bite back at the trolls. Which I recommend not doing...

The third type are people who are at work and can't play right now and just want to see what's going on or what kind of nonsense is happening in the forum this time.

But I try my hardest to stay away from the nonsense and just stick to the dev posts. People are just so incredibly rude here - especially to the Dev and community teams of Square Enix. They're human beings, the poor guys (and girls) have to read every message here for moderation...and it must be so very exhausting. So show some respect...to SE and to other players. We're supposed to all be friendly here. Why shouldn't we be? We enjoy games, we enjoy the Final Fantasy franchise, and/or we enjoy MMOs. So for what reason does everyone need to be disrespectful to one another?

If you have some "negative" feedback for the game, then bring it to the support center. Don't bring it here.

April 1st is still 2 weeks away.

This is a horrible indicator that the devs are quickly becoming out of touch with their own game and community. I don't know who thought that 50 free Aether ports was a good reward for 1 year vets, but show him the door, nao!

I liked that post. Because you have to be kidding me if you think it's useless with our Security Token free teleport. The free teleport works on ONE specified location. It's basically reintroducing the second home point we got used to in 1.0. These free tickets will give you free 50 teleports ANYWHERE you want to go. What's wrong with that? That's not useless! I'll be using them when I need to go somewhere fast but it's across the continent so it's more expensive than the other teleports that are closer.
