Except I don't use a parser myself.
If I did, it's unlikely I'd talk about it here, of all places. But I can still meassure a person's performance with in-game tools, as can you and just about anyone else.
My point stands, though. The OP's problem is with the person, not the third party tool. Said person could have still insulted/harassed the OP by looking at his positioning/ability pattern/threat generation, etc.
