This player mentality is the root of all kicks for underperformance. Sudden automatic improvement is not gonna happen, u have to put in a little effort. Is asking player for a general rotation, how he uses off-gcd skills or handles burst dps checks, then pointing out the errors and suggesting tips that difficult?

Trying to remember where I said in my post that I would bully anyone over having bad dps, oh right I never did, I actually said that I would be willing to offer tips.
