Thank you for the link, much appreciated! Only thing I find conflicting though it really starts going into grey area, it seems they broke their own statement then as they responded to ENB Injector and VPN Software. As they officially responded to those and didn't decline comment.

Regardless, my main point is rather simple in this topic and also the main point of the topic and not even in direct response to you kukurunei. Users and Bots generate harassment. 3rd party software or not harassment is against the User Agreement and by all means reportable.

Injector's and vpn isn't even game specific, you can easily make the injector change your movie player.

You can easily argue that DX injector and vpn modifies your computer and not the game. DX injectors modifies what gets sent to your card, not to the game. VPN is to your computer, and not to the game. They officially answered those questions, so it is "outside" the answer to every other 3rd party tool.
