I am cool with people grouping and doing their own thing and maybe doing whatever they want in the DF. But if people are working towards winning, there's no room for slacking.
If I join a group, I go by whatever rules that group has and whatever the leader/group asks of me. If they feel I am not contributing, I bow out.
