That art is most likely a Keeper of the Moon miqo'te. Their ears are supposed to be long(er). The game doesn't really portray it that well, though.

Elezen female, Hyur female, Male roe, Miqo'te female, Lala female. Wouldn't make much sense to leave out one of the existing races in place of a new one.
