And Tupsi is right also, the mob was technically introduced in PS, however the Sapsa version has a different color scheme. We were running through it and FC friend says "WTF is that?!" I say, "Awww snap new Sahagin mount!" It was conjecture at the time, but ended up being dead on

Idk if anyone brought this up, but another one of the reasons that the Gehralt Masterwork brd set may not be AF2 is that the set shown on the pld is also show on a war during the Mog Ex fight. If anything, I think that the Masterwork set will work as a stepping stone into coil 6/9 w/ masterwork being a DL2-type set.

This is a little more accurate. Designs often change when you go from 2D drawings to 3D renders for various reasons (clipping issues, graphics limitations, color palette looks better in specific lighting, etc). To me, the design is similar to the one we saw in the new SS, but not quite which would make sense for the reasons I just listed. That being said, it could be something else entirely haha

That thing looks sick, now I have to decide which beastmen quests to do first. Although, I may favor the Sahagins because of their plot relevance this patch.

I originally was thinking that the armor you were all referring to as Allagan2 was the new AF2 armor, but I think that that screenshot of the PLD is with a Red/Silver shield with the Red/Silver armor and the "new relic" is the Allagan2/new Relic set.

HOWEVER, I think think Yoshi and the gang might be introducing i100 crafted gear.

Time will tell - this patch looks really really cool though.

Also, I'm excited to see if they held anything back. Remember in 2.1 no one was supposed to know about Ultima HM, they showed it by mistake.

Very excited for this patch. Leviathan, the new dungeons, new gear (love the new white mage and bard gear), new Coil, even something so small as that long hair Miq'ote hairstyle.

Cannot wait for the 27th!

Other than that, quite excited about the patch, seems we're getting a lot of new recipes and cool armour (specially the red Allagan ones!).
