Leftover Rowena's token

For some of us, we have already beaten 3 primal every week, enough to obtain all IL90 primal weapons/shields, and we start to pile up Rowena's tokens in our inventory with no use whatsoever.

Apparently we can still repeat the quest every week to obtain more token, but unlike tomestones of philosophy that we can trade for philosophy material, there is no similar system in place regarding the usage of Rowena's Token

Just a question, can we expect any use of those in 2.2 or beyond?

If I had to guess, there might be some sort of rollover to tomestones... but that is just a guess. For example, when myth tomestones are uncapped, maybe you'll be able to turn in your extra tokens for some myth. The level of gear progression would be 'equal' as primal weapons are i90 and so are myth gear. It's entirely possible you'll get nothing for them, though, as I'm sure people will still be doing the quests for 'vanity' items if they so choose.

Future Classes/Jobs will use them so saving them will help same some time for new classes/jobs weapons.

"I'm too pro" sounds like you saying lol unless you helping others why continue to gather tokens/do EX primals if you have all the weapons and possibly the drops too if done that many times.

Putting words in the OPs mouth is unbecoming.
I fight them because they are fun. I have 12 Rowena tokens because I don't need to downgrade my main jobs weapons to those ones. *shrugs*

It would be interesting to know if they are used for something other then those weapons. Like nice SMALL wall mounts representing the fall of each Extreme primal ... Ifrit X wall mount is such an eyesore, looking at it makes me want to do beat him up again.

Course it would be nice to also know if our old Misers Mythril etc from 1.0 were going to have any sort of use :3.
