Create a new dungeon roulette for the relic trials

Almost no one queues for the relic trials and primal hard modes anymore, so creating a daily roulette for it like we have for the story roulette would help out people who are trying to get their relic quest lines done, as then people who already have their relic would have some incentive to go and run the relic trials again.

The daily reward would not have to be that much even, just making it equal to a hard mode Haukke manor (100 phil 50 myth tomes) would like be enough, as the trials are much quicker to run then dungeons and would still be worth the time to run them once.

Pf groups that I have seen fill up relatively quickly and my FC and LS do a lot of HM primals to help others. I know that is just one person's opinion on it, but I don't see a roulette coming for it. And 50 myth is an awful lot considering they only give about 1/4 that to begin with.
