    Software Token Issues

    On 9/12/14 after the server and data center issues, i noticed that my software token passwords were no longer working so i removed the function and set it up again, then everything started working well again, then this morning i tried logging in again to find the same problem had come back so i was wondering if theres any issue that has come up where the loggin servers arent syncing up correctly, also if anyone is having the same issue

    You need to sync your software token, I had this issue before as well.

    ^^^ You have to do this. You can synch it back up on an iPhone by just pressing the back button and going in to the settings. On an Android, you do it the same way, except you use the little menu button on the phone itself. It brings up the settings from there
