master recipe books for crafters

Have a link for where you're getting master recipe books from? I'm completely lost here...

Thank you, that's what I get for glazing over the letter after all the pictures ~_~

I'm going to take a less optimistic route here and hope the master recipe book is just a separate book for all the star recipes, rather than anything particularly new, because dear god am I tired of going through all the trash recipes to get to the ones that matter.

In the german version is written "new recipes for level 50 crafters".
Could be just new highlevel recipes (maybe 3 star)
