Extra Hot-Bar for PS3?

I may be way off here, which wouldn't surprise me since I've only been playing FFXIV for approximately a week and a half, but I was recently watching a live stream and it seemed that the streamer had an extra hotbar underneath her Cross-Hotbars which are the default for the PS3 controller-users. I've tried tweeking my hot bar and Cross Bar setting, but can find nothing. As stated, I play on the PS3, but also am using a keyboard alongside my controller. An extra hotbar would be a tremendous help being a summoner (as I would have all my pet commands readily available without having to cycle through Cross Bars.

Anybody out there have any suggestion or helpful hints? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The stream you saw was almost certainly a PC player using a controller. Maybe a PS4 beta tester. PC and PS4 can use the keyboard hotbars in adddition to the controller cross hotbar. PS3 is limited to the cross hotbar only.
