Hi, I bought the game for my daughter's bday. After 1 day of playing, the game said "you have been banned due to suspicious activitiy". I wrote a mail to support, and reset password. The next day I got banned again. This time it was asking for birthday, secret question etc. Was more pain to reset again. Support replied that this happens each time when my IP changes and I should get an authenticator.
For god's sake, my internet provider gives a new IP each day, and I don't plan on buying an authenticator (or using the same phone as my daughter) just to be able to play the game! This is not a bank program, I have up-to-date antivirus protection, I never had any keylogger on my computer. I simply DON'T WANT this "protection". This looks like when you walk into a mall and they welcome you by shooting at you. We, the customers are really your enemies? Or can you disable this function if I ask?
