I think adjusting guildleves at this point is a very very poor decision. Down the road, fine. But right now it's the only thing players have to actually do in the game and despite this, they're nerfing it to a possibly very disheartening extent.

maybe, by nerfing it, it will promote people to actually make parties and invite players from other LS...instead of just having LS leve runs for an hour then logging off for 36 hours...
