Warrior's TP isn't that bad to manage.

It's not so much of an issue but there are certain fights where as OT I'd run out of tp if I don't slow down a bit.
In T5, I can out of TP by the time I reach divebombs if I go all out.

@OP: I was wondering why we'd want Shoulder Tackle but it's true that if would make sense as a way to keep out Wrath up just like monk with Greased Lightning...
