I like the idea of Chocobo jumping but only if automatic when it gets to a big ledge or something. As Lusavari just said the whole thing would be better if it was just a little auto jump that got me up or down little ledges, I don't want to be stood in Ul'dah and everyone jumping over Lalafells, though that would be amusing for a little while ^^

Oh and yes I am against jumping because not only would collision detection be an issue but so many glitches would occur because the game was developed without this feature in mind. So the respective development groups potentially did not design for that aspect of the game.

Plus watching people play games with any jump feature (not naming names) is obnoxious because the do it at completely inappropriate times or like every 2 seconds. It almost seems as if their space bar is stuck.
