PSA: Odin armor not usable for vanity!

I bet almost everyone is going to be running around in bikinis. Sucks for the tanks and healers that can't mirage prism their way out of the tin can.

on topic: The Odin armor not being able to be vanity swapped is a growing concern everywhere in my server yesterday. Every tank I talked to was bummed about it because they ALL farmed that armor for vanity. If you ask me, it's for the best. We would have every tank looking like Odin in this game. But I'm sure if there is enough outcry about this, FFXIV will do something fairly soon to upgrade the process and make it to where you will be able to vanity in the future. Give it time....

And there going to be various future non-2 slot items for tanks, so it actually is usable for vanity.

I would like to see something backing this claim! However right at this moment it seems the coffin issue won't be at all helped by the vanity system.
Can't I just leave my head slot free of any gear while assigning the vanity counterpart for iron coffins?

The rule to make this impossible seems completely arbitrary as you would actually have LESS data on your character if this was possible. Really SE? Really?
