Basically map out your idea of how the new classes/jobs will work!
Everything has to line up like it does IN GAME! I.E. Classes and jobs use the same weapons [(I will accept similar though!)And you can makeshift a new class so long as it fits the in game mechanics]
Also! I'm going off the idea that new Jobs branching from vanilla classes will have a different party role from their counterpart! Ex: SUM(DPS) & SCH(HEAL)
Feel free to throw in any skill mechanics you think they may implement or you just like

Job: Red Mage
Branching Class: Gladiator(Sword and Shield)
Secondary Class: Thaumaturge
3rd Class for skill pulls: Conjurer
Role: DPS
Possible Skill: Red Shuffle (Works like Cleric Stance) When active RS Swaps your STR & INT stats. The idea being that you would want to shuffle between on/off depending on what skills you're gonna use, as to Maximize DPS
