    And for the skills:
    lvl30: Blood stance: Change all increase enmity moves to equivalent HP restore moves. Increase damage dealt by 10%
    lvl35: Absorption: Increase damage dealt, taken, and healed by 10% for 20 seconds, off GCD
    lvl40: Decapitate: Base 100 potency, potency increases (up to a maximum of 450 at 0.1% hp) as HP decreases, GCD
    lvl45: Bleed: Base potency 300, potency decreases as foe has more HP (up to a minimum of 10 potency at 100% hp) , dot potency 10, dot potency increases as foe has less hp (up to a maximum of 200 potency at 1% hp), Off GCD
    lvl50: Red eye: Base potency 150 AOE, potency increases as HP decreases(up to a maximum of 300 at 0.1% HP), places dot on self potency 30, GCD

    I.e. Class has moves that increase in damage as hp decreases, but also has moves to recover HP from dangerous levels

    Role: DPS
    Base Class: Archer
    Secondary Class: Lancer
    Tertiary: Pugilist
    (i.e. change the classes for bard)
    And for the skills:
    lvl30: Far shot: 200 potency, off GCD
    lvl35: Tactical Dodge: 150 potency, can only be used in range of 10 yalms to 20 yalms, knockback self 10 yalms, GCD
    lvl40: Smokescreen: Decrease enmity in nearby foes, inflict blind (AOE), off GCD
    lvl45: Camouflage: Increase Evasion and Dexterity by 20%, off GCD
    lvl50: Head Shot: 400 potency, off GCD
    Also can equip arrow heads as secondary weapon, with effects such as 10% poision, slow, crit rate, paralyze, etc

    Job: Bard
    Role: DPS
    Base Class: Archer
    Secondary Class: Conjurer
    Tertiary: Arcanist

    And for the skills:
    lvl30: Mages ballad
    lvl35: Army's Paeon
    lvl40: Foe Requiem
    lvl45: Rain of Death (the old Rain of death...)

    A ninja would a be a hybird dps class, composing magic(ninjutsu) and physical damage. this dps class would do basic debuff, like blind, slow and paralyze, tho the duration is really low.

    The Ninja would borrow skills from Thaumaturge, such as elemental magic, also borrow dps skills from archer.

    I suggested this on first page, tho u put THM as Cross class which is a good idea xD

    I like THM as Secondary better than ACN, but PUG already has MNK as a DD.(Needs a different role for alt?) Then again that precedent was set SOLEY on SCH/SUM set up. So maybe that won't stay. We'll find out eventually

    I know there would likely be some balance issues, take it with a grain of salt. Just some ideas.

    Class: Fencer (sword; Rapier, possibly off hand parry dagger [Main Gauche])
    Job: Red Mage (DPS, THM and CNJ)

    Actions: Skills like FFXIII's Aquastrike, Sparkstrike, etc. Combo skills like Monk and Dragoon, say Flamestrike -> Galestrike -> Sparkstrike (additional effects and potencies are debatable, not gonna say any). And various self buffs I guess, possibly enfeeble spells like Paralyze (unlikely).

    Cross Class: Fire (no astral buff), Thunder, Surecast, and Swiftcast from THM. Cure, Stoneskin, Stone (no gravity/weight effect) or Aero, and Raise from CNJ.

    Job Actions (in no particular order):
    Dualcast - Next spell is cast twice. 1 minute recast.
    Enspell - Adds additional damage per auto-attack (like Sword Oath). Element changes with last combo action used (sparkstrike = thunder, etc.). Takes MP per tick like Bard songs.
    Saboteur - Next Damage over time lasts X amount of seconds longer (whatever's reasonable). 2 minute recast.
    Aquaveil - 10% reduction to damage taken, 10 second duration (or burns MP and can't be used while Enspell is up, think Fists of Earth/Fire/Wind. Otherwise 2 minute recast).
    Elementa - Spell, burns all MP (or all remaining, like Flare). High damage, non GCD, 3-5 minute recast.

    Dancer - DPS
    Class: Thief (2 knives/daggers for the weapon)

    Other classes: CNJ and PGL

    Class Actions: Various skills for the class.

    Job Actions (all dances like bard songs, MP per tick):
    Drain Samba - puts debuff on target, all characters who hit with an auto attack regain a small amount of HP. Can't be used with other dances.
    Mincing Minuet - Like Sword Oath, can't be used with other dances.
    Climactic Flourish - Ends current dance and drains all MP, restores up to 400 TP depending on MP left. 5 minute recast.
    Dancing Edge - high potency off GCD, 1-3 minute recast. Put's 30 second DoT of 10-15 potency.
    Heathen Frolic - Reduces enemy STR and INT by 10%. Uses more MP than other dances.

    Would have put haste samba there, but I recall Yoshi-P saying we won't get any form of haste =/

    I'd prefer RDM to have longswords, but the skill set of gladiator isn't fitting of RDM in my opinion. RDM certainly would fit very well with GLD, but I'd prefer it to have it's own class. However, since GLD already has various longswords and daggers, there aren't a lot of options if it's on a new class =p Rapiers would fit well, and GLD doesn't have any (yet, if ever at least). And they certainly wouldn't only be like an epee like you see in the traditional fencing sport if that's what you're worried about. A rapier's blade width can be relatively wide. I think rapiers would be awesome, SE could really have fun with the hilts.

    As much as fun this sounds I reather not do this anymore.

    Yoshi-P stated months ago that new Jobs will have more serious effects on classes than current jobs once thy are released

    such as the example with GLA advancing into Dark Knight Yoshi-P uses everytime he discuss future 2nd Jobs, it does not confirm if GLA will get Dark Knight but YoshiP likes using this a example a lot, being that if GLA advance into Dark knight for a DPS job some of GLA skills will be adjusted or changed to suit Dark Knight's DPS role such as GLA tank combo still will have enmity effct removed or replaced with a new DPS like effect while having the combo potency buffed.

    A much larger change will be Flash skill (AoE Enmity gaining skill) being replaced with Darkness (AoE Damage dealing skill)

    Yoshi-P also mentioned that he does have some plans for some future jobs to require past Jobs such as Red Mage may require BLM and WHM lvl 50 quest to be completed first before you can unlock Red Mage or the Class that goes into Red Mage.

    Abilities: enemy skill: use a random enemy skill learned from combat.
    War affinity: next enemy skill use is guaranteed to be an offensive skill.
    Pack affinity: next enemy skill use is guaranteed to be a support skill.
    Azure lore: next enemy skill will be double potency.
    Rage: lose access to all regular and cross class skills for the duration but all BLU skills will have no recast.

    Claw type Knuckle dusters as relic.
