Thread: Ideas for possible playable races

Hello everyone today's topic is a free discussion on what you would like to see added to the game later this year or next. Ok so the topic is races, personally what race I would like to see added is the Viera race. Why? Well we could always use more humanoid beast races and the Viera woud make AWESOME Archers!

I'd never liked the viera, lorewise they've always seemed to be just as transparent as their clothing. Fan service is fine, but when fan service is almost all that you are...well, I just don't like that.

If I had a choice for a new race, from the existing FF race pool that is, I'd go for Burmecians. Diverse split cultures with plenty of room to build upon, with a more interesting model then just a human with different ears. While still retaining the humanoid figure so they're be viable to model.

I know it's strange, but I'd like to have a character like Vivi from FFIX. He'd have one year as a THM/BLM, then "expire."

I'd rather more diverse characters within the existing races.

All I really want is a fox variant of Miqo'te :I
Is that lame? I dunno, I want what I want. Preferably 1 tail, ears facing forward. Probably not enough to justify it's own race, but they could just put it in as a Miqo'te option. Foxes > cats
