    * Glamours may be temporarily disabled in PvP arenas and other unique areas.

Unique areas such as instances? Cause that would be silly to have a large percentage of the game not allow you to wear glamour.

Dungeons are not 'unique' per se.. Players are kept mostly anonymous in the PVP system, so it would make sense that disabling glamour in pvp would reinforce that anonymity ("Hey, i know that pink Roe!")

It's just there to butt-cover if there's a region where player anonymity comes into play in the future. Dungeons are THE place to show off your looks, so I sincerely doubt that glamors will be disabled there. The only people complaining about glamors NOT being disabled in dungeons are iLvl nazi's.

Uhm, no, DCUO does not have copyright on game systems. MMOs can't do that. That's why every MMO around has things like dungeons and raids, or parties, or often even almost identical UIs. Rift and LotRO share almost identical wardrobe systems. D3 will actually utilize a very similar system to DCUO soon, with the only difference being the menu is accessed at an NPC, and Blizzard has talked about transferring that system to WoW if it's received well. There is nothing legal restricting SE from implementing good ideas from other games, and in fact SE should feel every motivation to take good ideas from other games - it's a large part of what made WoW so successful.
