I'm sure they are still going to be 5 or more ilvl below the new coil weapons, which means they will probably be equal ilvl to the new leviathan EX weapons. Hopefully they add something more than a few weapon dmg and an increase to the stats already on the relics, otherwise the new primal weapons will likely have better stats/be quicker to obtain (assuming it will require 2 weeks or more of the new tomes to get the new version of relic).
