Can't subtarget cast cure by clicking on party names

Just as the title says Pre patch 1.16 you were able to have someone or something target locked then bring up a spell causing the subtarget cursor to pop up. You were then able to cast that spell on a party member by clicking their name from the party list. Now if u try and click their name with a sub targeted spell nothing happens.

Yeah this is incredibly annoying. It seems when you have an enemy targeted you then can't use <st> cure on a party member by clicking on the party list until you deselect the enemy.

I agree. On paper it may not sound like much to press one extra confirm button, but it's still a step back from how it worked before.

The current system is awkward to me, because my right hand is on the mouse while my left is most likely around the WASD keys. Now I have to either move my left or right hand to Enter in order to start casting. This kind of interrupts the "flow" of my arm movements when doing party healing. It's especially problematic when I'm trying to fit in a heal in between character movement and/or camera control.

    Hello all!

The thread was moved from In-Game Bugs over to General Discussion since it's more related to feedback/suggestions.
