How to sync your character settings across multiple computers

Now they just need to sync all settings/macros/keybinds across all of your characters server side... Like they did in XI ._.;

Since we're still waiting for such a feature, I decided to bump this for new people to see it. I still use this setup and often switch between computers and having everything automatically transfer in real-time has been amazingly convenient.
