That's a problem with the alpha channel in the textures. Lots of people have this problem. I think it's actually a bug and not a technical issue :/

That's what I figured - the white areas seem like enlarged lighting on the actual spell/animation effects that they surround. At least I know it's not an issue entirely on my end. Thanks.![]()
