As others mentioned, you aren't going to get any help from SE here. At the most you'll get a dev comment saying they're looking into it, but don't even expect that.
I wouldn't expect any help at all if I was you. But then again, I'm jaded by 10 years of terrible customer support from SE. Maybe it's better now, I haven't had to deal with them for quite some time. They still don't have a toll free support line though, which is a major fail in this day and age.
