FYI, it was a problem 2 weeks prior to the posting of this thread that I have had an unplayable character. It's been how many days after I began this search for assistance to fix a broken account on a game I PAY FOR. I don't understand why it's taking so long for an employee of this company to come to my aid? If you guys seriously are this understaffed then this is a problem in itself that needs resolving!

I would apply myself if I lived nearby, but at this point, that is probably a joke.
