    This forum is for users to assist users... it isn't a support line to SE. So, you aren't likely to hear back from SE, much less gather much of their attention in here either.

    I know... the name is misleading a lot of people. It's detailed in the sticky welcoming you to this forum though.

    For more direct interaction with SE on issues with the game, you need to use either the bug reporting section, a feedback section, or open a ticket at the support portal. Since this is an issue with your character data that may need recovery, you might need to open a ticket at the support portal. There is a button for support in the launcher that will take you to your region's support site for FFXIV. Here are links to the main pages though:

    Thank you Raist, the entire tech support process isn't crystal clear...I submitted a request for help to the main place and they sent me here ><

    Then sent a survey asking how the service was?...really? I honestly don't call a pre made letter pointing someone to another site "service" per say.

    Honestly, you've been more attentive than tech support, so thank you for that.
