My vision is to make each NM drop something worthwhile, with the final NM dropping the most beneficial gear and crafting items.
To thwart RMT activity, make crafting items Rare/Unique/Non-tradeable and the resulting gear the same. Add a Request Craft function to the menu, like melding, if you don't have the ability to make the items.
