Either way from the op screenshot, just from being unpleasant I'd kick him and let him go find a g group of people who never make "stupid" choices.

this all happened in the 1st 5 mins so the healer couldnt be kicked. Just after the tank logged off (and probably never coming back) is when we were able to vote kick the healer.

As for those of you excusing the healer... Sure, he probably should have gone after his job quests. But considering he claimed to not even have known it until a short while earlier, chances are he didn't have his secondary class levelled at all. And sure, maybe he should have focused on doing that. Maybe he shouldn't have done a dungeon run before he could get it.
Still, there are good ways to say things and bad ways. The first question, "why are you doing this as mrd instead of war?" is reasonable, but the way it escalated all too quickly is just... unbelievable to me. Well, not unbelievable, as I sadly can see it happen all too well, but I just don't understand why people do that.

I doubt the tank entered the dungeon expecting to be carried. Not if he was as inexperienced as he seems to be from that snippet of conversation. Why not just give it a go? If it doesn't work, it doesn't work, but to not even try? Surely spending even half an hour extra in a dungeon doesn't ruin anyone's tomestone gathering, right? O.o I mean, it's a weekly cap, not a daily, AFAIK. And from what I've read on the forums, most seem to be annoyed that they reach that cap with more than half a week to go till reset. So what gives?
