Not in FFXIV I don't think that kind of person could reasonably exist.

In Everquest back in 2006 or so, I knew a guy with 3 accounts who was a 30 year old chemical engineer who was totally disabled and had phenomenal disability insurance and some family money. He literally did not log out for over a year. He lived in a remote area with no family nearby, occassionally he would go afk for 30mins-2hrs, but basically his whole life consisted of nourishing his body enough to stay alive, and playing everquest.

That being said he wasn't detached from reality or anything, he just loved Everquest, lol.

Aside from that, there are a lot of people that get extremely emotionally attached to the point that MMOs consume their lives; recall the suicide due to not winning a look back in 2001 or so from Everquest.

Use a Phoenix Down. Undead instantly die when you use a Phoenix Down on them.

But you can't use a Phoenix Down in combat.
