I agree that they need to get rid of it as soon as 1.18. And it couldn't really be that hard to reconfigure the bonuses and amount of SP it takes to rank up.

The reason for fatigue is to help casual players, but it's stupid because they do it by hurting hardcore players. The best way to help casual players is by adding, but limiting, bonuses. Guardian's Aspect and leve reset are good examples, but that's about all there is. They should really add just a plain old exp ring that recharges every so often (100% Bonus, Cap @ 15k SP 3 charges, resets every week), and you can use it for leves.

It's like they're trying to give bonuses to casuals, but also give bonuses to hardocores while at the same time nerfing them.
