MIST housing! {Can I Have It!}

SO here after patch 2.25 I have gone and formed an FC {Balmung Server} and have grinded out recruiting and lvling my FC to 50 members strong and have finally reached rank 6 land acquisition rank YAY! but to my Dismay as I go to do research and seek out the specific plot that our FC likes, there are no more plots available in the Mist on all 5 servers except 2 large house plots. being a smaller FC our goal is to buy a small plot in the Mist because The FC is aligned to the maelstrom GC and better than that my personal opinion like many others is the Mist is the best looking Housing Area. Point is After getting an FC to the point of being capable to by a plot I do not feel I should have to Settle for a plot in the goblet nor the Lavender Beds just because everything is bought up already.

SO please , to our NA COMMUNITY REPS can someone gets some clear direction on a time frame on more Housing Zones for the MIST on all servers.

I'm not 100% positive on this, but I have been told that more wards (zones) may be added when personal housing is released (after evaluation)... which could occur as early as patch 2.3 (although that is not definite). I am in a similar situation to you... my FC has been steadily saving for a medium for many months, but there are almost no mediums left on my server, in any ward. There are a handful of larges left, but if we tried to raise funds for that, they'd likely be gone by the time we had the money to buy one. Keep in mind that unless SE changes the way buying housing works, any 'new' plots that are added will start at their original price (much more expensive than they are now).

I wish we had a date for patch 2.3 and what the prices for houses will be on the additional wards. With all the information that we have so far being so vague I've been thinking of just grabbing a small plot in grid or ul'dah which is unfortunate because I love the look of Mist.
