There are mobs that are Rank 120 in this game, we are not stuck at 50. Look to a cap increase in the next 6 months or so, with the PS3 Release (This is my opinion)

Additionally I wouldn't anticipate the final cap being 99. I foresee it going over 100 within 2 years.
